Endlich fertig!
Finally finished!
Mein erstes Kleidungsstück mit eingesetzten Ärmeln. Ein Kielo Wrap Dress von Named Clothing. Knielang, aus Jersey, wunderbar schwangerschaftstauglich. Hinten aus zwei Teilen zusammengenäht und ich habe fast den ganzen Stoff verbraucht.
My first garment with set-in sleeves. Another Kielo Wrap Dress by Named Clothing. Knee-length, made of jersey, perfect for maternity. Joined two pieces for the back and almost used all of the fabric.
Ich liebe den Stoff, weil er für Freizeit und Job geeignet ist.

Es war sehr schwierig, die richtigen Einstellungen an der Nähmaschine für das Garn zu finden - sie hat ständig Stiche ausgelassen. Manchmal konnte ich die richtige Einstellung finden, aber letztlich ist es das billige Garn, mit dem diese Probleme auftreten. Beim roten Kleid hatte ich das auch, bis ich Qualitätsgarn gekauft habe.
I had a hard time finding the right adjustments for the yarn - my sewing machine let out lots of stitches. Sometimes I could fix it, but it's the cheap yarns fault. Sewing the red dress I had the same problem until I bought high-quality yarn.
Beim ersten Kielo habe ich einen elastischen Dreifachstich für den Halsausschnitt gewählt, der die Naht leider etwas gedehnt hat. Am einfachen Kleid habe ich einen einfachen Stich genommen, was mir wesentlich besser gefallen hat. Deswegen habe ich mich diesmal auch dafür entschieden.
I finished the neckline of the first version with a stretchy (1 back, 2 forth) kind of straight stitch, which resulted in a slightly stretched neckline. On the simple dress I used a simple straight seam that didn't stretch the fabric. That's why I decided to do the same this time.
